What We’re Looking For
- Genuine interest in cycling and willingness to learn our product range from bicycle to accessories
- Comfortable speaking with customers in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred
- Eligible to work in Malaysia
- For part-time applicants: able to commit to a minimum six-month period
Shop & Operations Assistant — Full-time
You’ll be the first person customers talk to. Day to day, that means:
- Greeting and advising customers on bikes, parts, and accessories
- Running product demonstrations
- Keeping stock organized and shelves/displays looking sharp
- General store upkeep
Full-time: RM 3,500–RM 7,000/month, 6 Days week (OFF: Tues), 11am–8pm with a one-hour break. Salary is based on experience and product knowledge — candidates with prior bike-retail experience or strong product knowledge start toward the higher end of the range.
Part-time: RM 80–RM 120/day, weekends and public holidays. Min. six-month commitment required.
Bike Mechanic — Full-time only
You’ll handle the technical side of the shop:
- Bicycle assembly and setup
- Repairs and general maintenance
- Advising & Propose customers on servicing needs
- Troubleshoot bike raised by cyclists
RM 2,500–RM 5,000/month, 6 Days week (OFF: Tues), 11am–8pm with a one-hour break. Relevant certifications or demonstrable repair experience will put you toward the top of this range.
